The Healing Morale Boost is the first boots that a Medic can use.

The Boost is activated when the Medic has accumulated enough Moral points (100 default) by healing or damaging friends/enemies.

Like most items this boost comes in different levels of Quality. Common (White), Uncommon (Green), Rare (Blue), and Epic (Purple).

The only difference in these qualities required Morale value needed to activate. A Common boost will have no morale reducing stat. While a Uncommon, Rare, or Epic boost will have 1, 2, or 3 % reduced Morale Cost.

It is possible to modify a boost item. I suggest that you mod this item with a Weapon Healing mod of the same or higher quality if you have the credits.
