Deploying the Force Wall creates a screen, blocking enemy projectiles and preventing enemy Beams (such as the Medic's Biofeedback Beam), station effects, and even explosions from passing through. The Force Wall has a high amount of Health and Protection, though it can still be taken down quickly by concentrated fire. The Force Wall will automatically destroy itself after a certain period of time.
Force Walls are typically used to aid in setting up a Turret in a forward position, or protecting an existing Turret and it's stations from incoming fire. It can also be used to block the effects of enemy EMP Grenades and EMP Bombs, as well as the Elite Assassin's explosive charge. It's ability to block Beams is often overlooked, however placing a Force Wall on a Control Point can be very useful for both blocking enemy fire and interfering with enemy healing.
Force Wall is one of three Off-Hand devices available to new Robotics. All variants are available for purchase at Dome City's Robotics Mercenary Gear vendor for Mercenary Tokens. The Force Wall also has an OC (overcharged) version with a base health of 4147 and a [nnn] modifier (12% deployable health).
